In order to apply for a wheelchair, mobility scooter or any small adaptations you do not need to be in receipt of (DLA) Disability Allowance or (PIP) Personal Independent Payment. However you do need to be on a low income. (Proof may be required). Please complete the referral form and someone will be in touch within 72hrs.

The whole process usually takes up to 2 weeks depending on how soon we receive your completed application and supporting evidence. There are some instances where it can take longer due to stock supply. We will require either a letter from your (GP) General Practitioner or an (OT) Occupational Therapist to clarify that the item will be:
